Since that time, we've provided training for the communities we serve in partnership with organizations like WALT and Williamsburg Landing. While some computer stores saw this as business suicide, we saw it as an opportunity to build trust. We spent a lot of time with each customer and ultimately it prevented them from having to come back with a new virus any time in the near future. Back in 2003 when our customers' computers started contracting viruses at an alarming rate, we understood how important it was to educate them on the causes of computer viruses and various prevention methods.
